Together, we will dive deep into what motivates and drives you. Then we attune you into a higher frequency. A higher energy so to speak. We align the body, mind and spirit to give you energy, focus and drive.

My Promise to you

As a coach, it’s important to develop a relationship of trust and intimacy with my clients. This relationship needs to be one of co-creation. Where we work together to achieve the best possible results. To ensure that I can provide the best possible service, I only work with a small number of clients at any given time. This allows me to give each client my full attention and produce high-quality work.

As your coach, I will do everything in power to make sure you reach your desired state of wellness. I’ll show you the endless possibilities available to you and help you in every way I can. I promise to meet you where you’re at. To work with you at a pace that is manageable and sustainable. I’ll ensure this experience of healthy change is one of evolution, enjoyment and rich in learning.

FAQ's

Yes, I offer payment plans through Stripe. Stripe determines if you’re eligible.

This is a custom programme with 1-1 online coaching with me. We will speak every week through the app. Sometimes daily!

Discord is used with several different channels to support you in every topic. There’s a general Chit-Chat to connect with other like-minded people. I do a weekly live Zoom calls where members join me and we chat about everything & anything. Lastly, there’s a private messaging feature in the app where you can reach me if there’s something private you want to discuss.

Everything is online and live in my app. You’ll have your training program, food plans, recipe and ‘How-to’ Guides all in the one place.

Ideally you do something everyday that will help you achieve your goals. On average 10 hours per week will be enough, this covers training, cooking and time to be organised such as a food shop or tracking your progress. However the more you put in, the more you will get out.

There is no extra cost or hidden fees. If you follow the plan and don’t achieve your goal after the 12-weeks you will get a free membership until you do.

This programme is designed to teach & empower you. It’s not me spoon feeding you or it’s not a strict, fixed diet plan. My job is to coach you to teach you how you can achieve your results. We form a coaching-client relationship where we work together. After the 12-weeks you’ll have been taught exactly how to maintain results.
