We do this by changing your diet; eliminating processed foods, dairy, and gluten from your diet. It includes much more than just a meal plan. You get structured exercise routines, detox strategies, sleep tips, and much more. All backed by science, expert guidance and a supportive community.

The challenge costs €119. This includes all the resources, meal plans, workout guides, weekly live calls, and access to our supportive community on Discord.

You’ll have access to weekly live calls with me. I’ll provide guidance, answer your questions, and offer motivation. Also, you’ll be part of my community where you can ask questions, get more support and accountability.

Our meal plans are designed to be flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies. You’ll receive guidance on how to modify the plans to suit your needs.

The challenge is designed to fit into a busy schedule. Meal preparation and exercise routines are efficient and manageable, typically requiring about 30-60 minutes per day. The key is consistency and integrating healthy habits into your daily routine.

Most of the workouts can be done with minimal equipment, such as a yoga mat.
