To understand you, I need to get to know you. My onboarding process will teach both of us where exactly you are now. Where you want to go, and what is the best way to get there.
There are many ways to achieve the same goal, this review will tell us the best way.

Yes, I offer payment plans through Stripe. Stripe determines if you’re eligible.
This is a custom programme with 1-1 online coaching with me. We will speak every week through the app. Sometimes daily!
Discord is used with several different channels to support you in every topic. There’s a general Chit-Chat to connect with other like-minded people. I do a weekly live Zoom calls where members join me and we chat about everything & anything. Lastly, there’s a private messaging feature in the app where you can reach me if there’s something private you want to discuss.
Everything is online and live in my app. You’ll have your training program, food plans, recipe and ‘How-to’ Guides all in the one place.
Ideally you do something everyday that will help you achieve your goals. On average 14 hours per week will be enough, this covers training, cooking and time to be organised such as a food shop or tracking your progress. However the more you put in, the more you will get out.
There is no extra cost or hidden fees. If you follow the plan and don’t achieve your goal after the 12-weeks you will get a free membership until you do.
This programme is designed to teach & empower you. It’s not me spoon feeding you or it’s not a strict, fixed diet plan. My job is to coach you to teach you how you can achieve your results. We form a coaching-client relationship where we work together. After the 12-weeks you’ll have been taught exactly how to maintain results.
