A 25-minute weekly check-in with a Personal Trainer. They will provide you with a comprehensive plan which includes: training programme, nutritional plan, resources to improve your energy, mood, and focus.
45-minute Personal Training session designed and tailored specifically for you. Your Personal Trainer will monitor your progress and constantly adapt your workouts so that you continue to progress towards your goals.
All Personal Training services are online and delivered through Zoom. Every client gets assessed, a plan is built around their history, their present situation, and their future goals. All clients will get access to our Personal Training App.
