45-minute Personal Training session designed and tailored specifically for you. Your Personal Trainer will monitor your progress and constantly adapt your workouts so that you continue to progress towards your goals.

All Personal Training services are online and delivered through Zoom. Every client gets assessed, a plan is built around their history, their present situation, and their future goals. All clients will get access to our Personal Training App.

Premium 1-1 live PT sessions: One 45-minute training session per week for 4 weeks.

Online Coaching: One 25-minute coaching session per week for 4 weeks.

Currently there is no free trial for our Personal Training packages.

You’ll need a yoga mat, resistance bands and also some dumbbells.

We recommend having different weights so that you change the weight to suit your strength. You can’t go wrong with sets of 1KG, 3KG & 5KG.

Comfortable gym clothing is suggested, something not excessively baggy. We need to be able to see your posture and how your body is moving during exercises.

We encourage you to work out barefoot and don’t forget to wear a smile.

For Online Personal Training and Coaching only you and your trainer will join the Zoom meeting.

Of course! You can switch coaches whenever you want, it’s important that you feel a positive connection with your coach.

All Clients get access to our Personal Training App. This is where your Personal Trainer will send you your plan. You'll get access to your training programme, nutritional plans, and lifestyle guidance.

The app will help you stay accountable. You can track your food, habits, adherence, and progress. Your Personal Trainer will be able to see your activity and give you feedback.

Also, you can message your Personal Trainer through the ‘Instant Messenger’ feature. They’ll answer any questions or queries you have.

You book an available time slot that suits your schedule. Your Personal Training session will then take place at the same time and day every week.

Forming good habits is essential for the client/coach relationship.

You need to integrate your workouts into your lifestyle. The best way to do that is by creating a weekly appointment.

To avoid missing a weekly training/coaching session, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. You must reschedule your session to another day during the same week.
